MadelynEdwards-Rosette
"Purpose over politics."
Rooted in Opelousas.Raised on service.
Madelyn Edwards-Rosette was raised by her grandmother in the community she now hopes to represent. That upbringing shaped the belief she has carried into every role since: leadership is not a title, it is serving people.
For 15 years she has led CASA of St. Landry-Evangeline, standing up for children and families across the parish. Mentoring, volunteering, and advocacy are not her campaign talking points, they are her record, recognized this year with the St. Landry Parish Woman With Heart honor.
Now she is asking District D for the chance to bring that same record to City Hall.
"Leadership is showing up, doing the work, and bringing people together to get it done, then celebrating what the whole community accomplished."
